The Front Office Manager’s primary responsibility is to not only supervise, but to inspire and support the Guest Service Agents as they provide and maintain personalized, professional and friendly service that exceeds our guest’s expectations. It is the SWR’s expectation the Front Office Manager do this by leading by example, encouraging best practices and adhering to SWR policies and procedures.

Preference will be given to those with five-star experience. We are looking for someone who can bring a minimum of two years supervisory or management experience to our Front Desk, and to our hotel.
