The SWR team is a close-knit community made up of a range of personalities. You can always find someone to enjoy the sunset on the beach or jump in for a swim at the end of the dock. Several groups make use of the free kayak and SUP rentals, and try out other SWR boating options throughout the summer. Our social committee hosts fun team events approximately every month such as the annual pumpkin carving contest, our Christmas party, birthday celebrations and more.

Some positions require Serving it Right and/or SuperHost certifications. All positions offer on-the-job training and support to ensure you feel equipped to perform your job well. All previous hotel and guest service experience is considered helpful but not required.

Each employee is provided with a uniform applicable to their position. You're required to keep it clean and expected to arrive ready for your shift with a professional mental disposition and appearance. It is your responsibility to acquire appropriate professional footwear and outerwear, suited for your daily work. From time to time, our team members receive additional bonus 'swag' such as our signature bucket hats!
