Our social events are organized by team members who just want to do fun things with their coworkers. You can look forward to an 'all-in' atmosphere.

Staff Discount Program

Staff Discounts: Staff Discounts apply at iKhaya Day Spa, Shaughnessy's Cove Restaurant, The Bistro, and SWR Boat Rentals.
Mark's Work Wearhouse Discount: Mark's is a great place to find work-appropriate footwear and anything else you might need for your position.
Friends And Family At The Hotel: We provide a discount for your friends and family when they come stay at the resort. Black out dates apply as priority goes to guests during busy seasons.
Staff Discount At The Hotel: You can expect a staff discount when you stay at the hotel too! Just the same, blackout dates apply to ensure there's enough room for guests to stay during busy seasons.
Emergency Staff Crisis Fund: This fund is available if you encounter a challenging circumstance in your personal life and need support. Our team is here to rally with you.
Staff Appreciation Program: This program has been built and refined through many years at SWR. We feel it's important that our people are appreciated and cared for. When you go above and beyond, it's recognized and celebrated.
