Join us for a refreshing morning of yoga at Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa, led by our new local expert, Alexandria. Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and having lived across Canada, Alexandria now calls the beautiful Okanagan home. With a background in gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading, she understands the importance of daily movement for mental and physical well-being.
In 2021, Alexandria earned her RYT-200 certification and has since specialized in Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She is dedicated to making yoga accessible for all ages and abilities, offering props and pose modifications to ensure everyone can enjoy the practice. Join Alexandria on select Thursday mornings for a rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and mindful. Bring your own mat or we’ll provide a towel. Let's embrace wellness together in the serene surroundings of Summerland!
Meet at the Experiences Office 5 minutes at 10:25 am, and we'll head over to the Phase II Lawn. If you don't have a yoga mat, we can provide a towel.
