Michael painchaud-2

Michael Painchaud is a Canadian country music songwriter, performer and recording artist born in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1995. He has performed throughout Western Canada, including the Calgary Stampede after being voted one of the top 25 emerging artists by the British Columbia Country Music Association in 2015.

Michael released his debut album, Country, in August, 2016, comprised of 11 original tracks. His live shows feature a mixture of originals and a variety of covers songs, ranging from classic country artists (Johnny Cash, George Strait) to present day contemporary country artists (Jake Owen, Tim McGraw). With a musical style often described as current with a vintage feel, his traditional vocals and songwriting keep each song rooted in classic country.
