Delicious food and a fine selection of wines and beverages are a big part of any group gathering. Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa partners with SWR Bistro and other catering companies in the Okanagan. Mixing a little business with pleasure is the way we do meetings in the Okanagan. Get everyone together for a Bottleneck Drive wine tour, apple or cherry orchard tours. "Can we give more than 5 stars? We just returned from a 4-night stay at the Summerland Waterfront Resort, and I can honestly say it was one of the top experiences of my life. We were cared for by Michele, who made sure absolutely everything our Hero 6 needed was taken care of, going way above and beyond by remembering all of our names, entertaining us with jokes and stories, ensuring every dietary restriction was met, keeping our coffee and snacks stocked up, and putting up with us, which couldn't have been easy!
Our meals and snacks were freshly prepared every day by Ashley, and she blew the roof off! Perfect 10s across the board. She made us fall-off-the-bone BBQ ribs, a Southwest spread, and a Mediterranean feast (and her first time ever making baklava, which was incredibly good—she nailed it!). Lunches and breakfasts were so good, and the snacks throughout the day were fantastic, with so much fresh fruit, salads, freshly baked pastries and breads. She was also very personable, making sure our vegan and gluten-free team members had delicious foods with variety every day.
The rooms were amazing, with geothermal heated floors, full kitchen suites, beautiful patios overlooking the lake, luxurious beds, and the best pillows ever (which are for sale—we asked!). The conference room was beautifully lit, spacious, quiet, and we were so grateful for how the entire staff treated us. The grounds were spacious with a gorgeous green space that they set up for us with a propane fireplace so we could enjoy time together outdoors.

"Wow. I just left this slice of heaven and can't say enough good things. We attended a five-day work retreat at this beautiful property. The grounds are immaculate. There are lots of activities to keep you busy, and the location is ideal for those looking for a quaint getaway.
Michele and Ashley were our hosts and chef. They went above and beyond with every meal, snack, and request from our team. Dietary restrictions were met without issues, and accommodations were easily adjusted. I can't say enough good things about this team. They made the stay one of the best experiences I've ever had while traveling.
A home away from home, this was my first—and definitely not last—visit to the Summerland Resort and Spa."

"If I could give this place a 10-star rating, I would! I recently traveled to Summerland and stayed at this resort for a work summit with 25 colleagues. In the industry we work in, we are not always met with open arms; however, that was not the case with Michelle and her team. Michelle's bubbly personality and attention to detail made this work trip feel nothing like work at all! The amazing food her staff fed us three times a day, as well as the snacks, the amazing desserts, and the overall amazing hospitality, were remarkable.
By the end of the week, we all felt like Michelle was part of the family. Every single one of us had nothing but amazing things to say about her, and we truly appreciate everything she did to go above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and our bellies were well fed. Heck, she overheard one of our guys say he likes a little spice with his food, and she ran into town to pick up some hot sauce. Without saying anything, it was sitting at the end of the table, waiting for him.
We couldn't thank them enough for all that they did!
