Due to the Bald Range Wildfire, the Town of Summerland has issued an evacuation order. Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa falls within the evacuation zone, and the resort is currently closed.We want you to know that our team acted quickly and with tremendous care on Friday evening, safely evacuating and supporting every guest on property. We are deeply proud of how they showed up in an incredibly difficult moment.
Resort Closure
In response to the wildfire evacuation order on the evening of Friday, August 7th, our team acted quickly and with tremendous care , safely evacuating and supporting every guest on property.
We are deeply proud of how they showed up in an incredibly difficult moment.
The resort will remain closed until it is safe to return and operations can responsibly resume. We will provide updates here as soon as we have more information.
Care for our Team Members and their Families - Not currently managing reservations or inquiries
Our team members are now with their own families and loved ones, attending to their personal safety and well-being.
As a result, we are not currently managing reservations, monitoring email or web chats, or taking phone calls.
We are grateful for your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our people.

Please know that no one will be penalized for changes related to this evacuation.
